Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately when you create an account. No credit card required until you choose a plan.
What happens when my trial ends?
You will be prompted to choose a plan to continue. Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted when a trial expires.
Is pricing per MSP or per client?
Pricing is per MSP workspace. You pay one subscription and manage all your clients under a single workspace. There is no per-client fee.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the billing portal.
What frameworks are included?
SOC 2-lite and CMMC-lite frameworks are included on all plans. Additional frameworks are on the roadmap.
What counts as a client?
Each organization you onboard as an end-customer counts as one client. Your own MSP team members do not count toward the limit.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime through the billing portal. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
